Taken at Elephant Rock, near Denmark, Western Australia, these swimmers are dwarfed by the rock formations. Our senses can appreciate the feast of colours, and the solitude, of being the only people there. Seen from the distance, the immense size of the surrounding landscape highlights how small we are in the bigger picture. While we view ourselves as the ultimate species on the planet, nature gives us a reality check.
