Robert Wengritzky, Snowgum (NATURE WILDERNESS 2025)
The snow gum is a tree uniquely adapted to Australia’s alpine environment. In winter, its bark becomes a canvas of shifting colour, peeling back in bands of red, ochre, olive, and cream. Against the silence of snow, these living sculptures stand as both fragile and enduring.
